QIgong is a mind-body practice that uses breath, movement, and visualization to cultivate health and longevity. Dynamic movements can be tailored to different conditions, and even different abilities, including chair Qigong. Specific breathing techniques are synced with movement to encourage healing within the body. Qigong helps to build a mind-body connection, improving coordination and balance, strengthening bones and muscles, reducing stress and balancing emotions, and assisting in increasing immune function.

Meridian Massage and Acupressure is a hands-on therapy that works along the body’s acupuncture channels (meridians) to improve the flow of Qi and Blood, release muscular tension, and restore balance to the organs and tissues.Each meridian in the body is massaged along the arms, legs and back. For meridians that run along the front of the torso, an energetic massage is used without physical contact.

Acupressure is also applied on specific points along the meridian to balance the body.
