Terms & Conditions

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within less than 24 hours, or if there is a missed appointment, a fee of $25 will apply for the first occurrence, and fully charged for future cancelations or no-shows. 

Payment is due at the end of every treatment. We accept all major credit cards, debit, and cash.

We value the privacy of your visitors. If you register for Newsletters, we collect subscriber information of your email address and name. If you visit our Blog, we collect visitor data. Information is not shared to any other party. 

Practitioners are required to comply with privacy laws, such as the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). This includes obtaining consent from clients before disclosing any personal health information. Practitioners must obtain explicit consent from clients for the collection, use, or disclosure of their personal health information. All client records are stored securely in digital form to prevent unauthorized access
